inconsistent housekeeping

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. there were dust webs and allergens everywhere. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, only arriving when we put out a sign. Additionally, the lack of an internal phone made it difficult to request assistance without trekking back and forth from my room.

I loved the spacious accommodations that offered ample room for my family to relax after exploring the area. The extensive and quality breakfast spread catered to all appetites, with a variety of fresh breads and options for different dietary preferences. The hotel's location is outstanding, just a short walk from the nearest underground station and several eateries, including a small bakery and a Billa supermarket. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different dietary needs, including delicious juicy steaks. However, the broken elevator made accessing the higher floors quite a challenge during our stay, which was tiring after a long day of sightseeing. Despite this inconvenience, the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful attitude of the staff were notable positives.
